Directions: Print this page, and circle a number for each of the statements below according to how descriptive each statement is of you and your training. Use the following scale:

Interpretation

41 to 50 = Excellent       Way to go. Maybe you can still pick up a tip or two.

31 to 40 = Good             But there is still some room for improvement.

21 to 30 = Not too bad  But you’ve got work to do.

11 to 20 = Pretty bad     Better start making some changes soon.

0 to 10 = Awful!              You’re losing them. You better get busy right NOW.
