Interpretation
41 to 50 = Excellent – Way to go. Maybe you can still pick up a tip or two.
31 to 40 = Good – But there is still some room for improvement.
21 to 30 = Not too bad – But you’ve got work to do.
11 to 20 = Pretty bad – Better start making some changes soon.
0 to 10 = Awful! – You’re losing them. You better get busy right NOW.
