Rhonda Foster began her career as a Human Resources Director in 1996 when she stepped up to try her hand in a vacant HR position for the mid-sized manufacturing plant at which she was working. Her early success at the job, attributable to her being a quick study with a strong work ethic, soon led Rhonda to enhance her formal education and administrative skills through BS, MA and Doctorate of Jurisprudence degrees.
Rhonda’s academic achievements, coupled with her comprehensive experiential understanding of the ever-changing challenges HR professionals face every day, make her a true expert in her field.
A genuine ‘people-person’, Rhonda enjoys helping bridge the divide between employer and employee for the benefit of all concerned. Her enthusiasm for her work spills over into her position as an educator for Ivy Tech Community College, a post she has held since 2006.
