Rhonda Foster began her career as a Human Resources Director in 1996 when she stepped up to try her hand in a vacant HR position for the mid-sized manufacturing plant at which she was working.
A quick study with a strong work ethic, Rhonda’s early success inspired her to pursue formal education through BS, MA and Doctorate of Jurisprudence degrees.
Rhonda’s academic achievements, coupled with her deep understanding of the ever-changing challenges HR professionals face every day, make her a true expert in her field.
A genuine ‘people-person’, Rhonda enjoys helping bridge the divide between employer and employee for the benefit of all concerned.
In 2006 her enthusiasm for her work led her to a position as an educator for Ivy Tech Community College, a post she held for eighteen years.
