Based in the Bloomington, Indiana area, Rhonda Foster keeps busy as the Monroe County Government Human Resources Director; as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources for Ivy Tech Community College; and as a Tax Specialist for H&R Block. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Training and Development.
Rhonda Foster has been in the field of Human Resources for over 15 years. She is an SPHR Certified Professional, and teaches the SHRM Learning System Exam Preparatory Course at Ivy Tech Community College Campuses throughout Indiana. A member of ASTD, CIASTD and SHRM, she presently sits as the Professional Development Chair for her local HR Chapter (SCIHRA).
As an independent consultant, she has worked with companies ranging in size from 2-700+ employees, and is familiar with both union and non-union environments. She specializes in manufacturing and governmental entities but has worked with companies in other industries as well.
Rhonda conducts seminars for the Small Business Development Center in Bloomington, Indiana, and also works with not-for-profit community organizations. She is currently the Human Resources Chairperson for the Bloomington Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors.
